Notifico is a product of North Star Group SNC, a digital transformation agency based in Gordola. We built it because it was needed — first by people we know.
The story
Meant to be SaaS. Now self-hosted.
In May 2026 we launched Notifico as hosted SaaS. It worked: hosts saved time, data arrived in the cantonal portal cleanly. Three weeks in, we stopped.
The nFADP, in force since September 2023, and tighter Swiss rules on data residency made the SaaS model a weight that we — a two-person agency — were not positioned to carry with the seriousness it deserved. Hundreds of guests' data isn't something you delegate to a dashboard.
We changed the model. Notifico today is a one-time licence: it runs on your Swiss VPS, the data stays under your sovereignty, compliance is structural. We handle the install, but the software is yours.

We're two, plus contributors for specific areas (compliance, AI, design). When you write, we reply — no call centre, no tickets lost in a queue.
