Is VAT included?
No. Listed prices are excluding Swiss VAT. The invoice shows VAT at the rate in force at purchase.
Can I move from Solo to Studio later?
Yes. You pay the difference between the two licences at upgrade. No penalty, no wait.
What happens after the 6 prepaid VPS months?
From month 7 Infomaniak bills you directly. The card you gave at purchase stays with Infomaniak for automatic renewals — you update it, not us.
What if I don't renew maintenance after the first year?
The software keeps running. You stop receiving updates and email support, but registrations and exports work as before. You can renew at any time.
Do you take bank transfers or only cards?
Swiss bank transfer or card. The Stripe invoice shows both options.
